Preferred Pharmacies

We’re happy to work with any pharmacy of your choice! However, we highly recommend a local option that delivers medications to your door at no extra cost. They also offer pill packaging services for added convenience—just let us know if you're interested!

Discount Medications

To save on prescription costs, we suggest using the GoodRx app for cash-pay discounts. For example, one of our providers recently filled a prescription that cost $45 with insurance but only $21 with a GoodRx coupon.

Visits and Billing

We genuinely care about our patients and are committed to helping them achieve their best outcomes. Our initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes and may extend into a second visit if needed. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, during which we focus on both medication management and supportive therapy. While we respect the work of your primary therapist, we incorporate coping strategies and therapeutic techniques to complement your treatment and help you reach your goals more effectively.

For billing, we commonly use the following codes:

  • Initial visits: 99205, 99204, 90792, often in conjunction with 90833 or 90836
  • Follow-up visits: 99215, 99214, 99213, often in conjunction with 90833 or 90836 for extended sessions

If you enjoy researching your medications, visit scholar.google.com and search for your medication by its generic name. This platform provides access to the same studies and research we reference.

Headway for Insurance

We use Headway to assist with insurance verification, billing, and reimbursement. This partnership allows us to maintain a small, efficient team and receive reimbursement within two weeks instead of the typical 90 days. We greatly appreciate your understanding and efforts in completing any additional paperwork required through Headway.
